Terms & Conditions: Individual Lessons

Payment:

Payment is required via bank transfer prior to the commencement of the first lesson.

Absences:

Parents are obligated to notify the Instrumental Music Educator of any absences at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

Make-up lessons are exclusively granted for medical reasons, school events, teacher absences, and public holidays.

No make-up lessons will be scheduled for students absent due to family holidays, unless reasonable arrangements can be made.

Lesson Rescheduling:

Rescheduling of lessons, whether due to public holidays, illness, or other reasons, is at the discretion of Ready Set Rock and subject to negotiation with the student.

Missed lessons with 24 hours’ notice require a make-up lesson to be arranged and completed before the end of the term. No catch-up lessons or credits will be applied to the following term. Forfeited lessons due to the student’s inability to attend a rescheduled lesson will not be compensated.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Student Responsibilities:

In the case of a student’s absence from school and, consequently, their lesson due to a school excursion or any other event, it is the responsibility of the parent to notify Ready Set Rock in writing via email, providing 24 hours’ notice.

Teacher Replacement:

In the event of a Ready Set Rock teacher’s illness, they may be replaced without notice to facilitate any lesson.

Punctuality and Participation:

The student agrees to be punctual and actively participate in lessons to the best of their ability.

Terms & Conditions: Group/Ensemble/Duo

Payment:

Payment for group lessons is required in advance for the entire term via bank transfer.

Absences:

No make-up lessons or refunds will be provided for students missing their group lessons.

Group lesson students are eligible for make-up lessons only in the event of the Instrumental Music Educator’s absence, public holidays, or a school commitment/event. Ready Set Rock will communicate in advance to organize make-up lessons.

Teacher Replacement:

In the event of a Ready Set Rock teacher’s illness, they may be replaced without notice to facilitate any lesson.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be provided for group lessons under any circumstances.

Student Responsibilities:

The student agrees to be punctual and actively participate in group lessons to the best of their ability.

Late Arrival:

Time lost due to a student arriving late to a group lesson will not be compensated.
